This page includes information on what you need to know  during your stay at RiverView Kitchenettes.

Check In: 4 pm or any time after. If you desire an earlier check-in time let us know this may be possible and often is.

Check Out:  11 am or any time before that.

Rates: Prices are based on double occupancy with an additional $25 per extra person.

Deposit: A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to hold your reservation.

Smoking: RiverView Kitchenettes provides a smoke free environment for all our guest by prohibiting smoking in any of the rental units. Smoking is allowed outside on the decks. We'll be happy to provide ashtrays. Smoking in any rooms will result in a $100 cleaning charge and an additional charge of an extra nights stay may be required to air the room out.

Pets: Sorry due to the risk of allergy or possible compromising health issues of others that would like to stay t RiverView Kitchenettes we do not allow pets.

Cancellations:  Because of our size and the seasonality of our business cancellations affect us greatly. When a guest makes a reservation for a stay at RiverView Kitchenettes we agree to turn away all other requests for that unit you have selected and you agree to pay the rate quoted to you for the number of days you have reserved.  Cancellations are accepted 30 days prior to your reservation but will be charged a processing fee of $25 . We cannot accept cancellations for inclement weather or change of plans after that 30 day time limit. Additionally, when you book a full house rental we are blocking a significant portion of our resources for your use, often months in advance during which time we turn away all other inquiries and possible bookings. When you make your reservation for the entire vacation rental you become responsible for the entire amount of your reserved stay. We are unable to offer a refund of your deposit and you will be charged for the remaining amount due for that entire reservation.  All this being said, if you must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen emergencies  and we are able to rent the unit or units you will only be charged the $25 fee per unit and no other costs. We do understand that life holds unexpected emergencies and we ask that you call and speak with either Tim or Terri about your emergency.
